Returns / Exchanges

Return Policy

If you would like to return or exchange an item please send us a request for a return within 30 days of delivery date.  All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the request approval.

 

• Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.  
• Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Returns

We offer returns for refund, or for web store credit.  All USA returns are subject to an $8 shipping fee and will be deducted from your refund.  This fee is waived for exchanges or returns for web store credit. 

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below to create a return:

 

• Email us at weenieton@gmail.com
• Provide your Order Number.
• Tell us the item(s) you wish to return and reason.
• Once approved, you will be contacted via email with a pre-paid shipping label (USA orders only) and next steps. 
• Upon receiving the shipping label and securely packing your item(s), make sure to include the original Packing Slip to prevent any delays in the return process.
